Clean and Comfy
You can expect a lovely home that you, family/or friends will enjoy. I absolutely loved Kim’s responsiveness and chill demeanor. I felt that she was there as much or as little as I needed. Her home was clean and comfy.
Exceeded all expectations
Kim’s beach house exceeded all expectations. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and the perfect layout for our annual extended family beach vacation. All the decorations and personal touches made you feel like you were staying at a home and not a rental. There were lots of spaces within the house to hang out, either as a group or to get a little quiet time. The parking passes were great for going down to the boardwalk. We spent most of our days at Tower beach which was a short and direct drive from the house. I would absolutely book again and hope to in the future!

We enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at Kim’s beach house in Rehoboth Beach. It was our first time in the area and for our family of eight, this well appointed and delightfully decorated house was a spacious retreat from our adventures in the surrounds. Much of our enjoyment of the week owed to the comfort and enjoyment we found in the house. We enjoyed the neighborhood too with lots of morning and evening walks taking in the sights and sounds of the area.
Kim was very pleasant to talk to and answered all of our questions. Her home is beautiful and spacious, with lots of options for relaxing. We loved the fresh flowers in each room and sitting out on the porch each morning while enjoying our coffee. We took advantage of the yoga deck each afternoon and had fun cooking dinner while jamming out with Alexa each evening. We also had a wonderful time going to Rehoboth Beach located only minutes away. Thank you for helping us create lifelong memories together. We all can’t wait to come back again.
Key location and the house met ALL of our needs. Perfect size house, neighbors were super friendly and helpful with recommendations for the kids etc. We plan to go back and SOON we truly enjoyed ourselves.
The home is beautifully decorated and very clean. This was our first experience using something other than a hotel and we loved it. It was a perfect place for a family get away with our grown children. I highly recommend it.

The house is very spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Kim was always very helpful and even offered a late checkout. The house is in a great location, to explore the area. Shops, very good restaurants, and beaches are around the corner. Thanks again for your hospitality and for having us – we will definitely come back.
Impressed! More amazing than it looks! everything is new and upgraded, warm and cozy. Very clean. Kim was great at communicating and made it very easy! It was my first beach house rental experience and this house set the bar very high! I hope to stay with family again next year! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!
What a perfect house for our large group.
We came for a family wedding in early June. This house was spotless, comfortable and very spacious. Loved the screened in back porch and yard. Location is close to stores, beaches and downtown Rehoboth. Would highly recommend staying here.
The live flowers in the bathrooms were a beautiful touch! The inside and outside living spaces are lovely. We enjoyed the information wall. We would definitely recommend staying here!
We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The housekeeper stopped by and left us more towels! The location is great – 1.9 miles to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood just a quick walk to the bay. I would highly recommend this home and we will be staying here again!
Great place to stay
Rosewood Beach house is a great place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean! It is just a short drive to the beach and outlets. So much to do in the area. We highly recommend.

Kim was super responsive to any and all questions I had leading up to our stay. Once at the house, she was so thoughtful to check in and see if we needed anything, which we didn’t because the house has everything! The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Super clean and has lots of common spaces, it was the perfect place to hang out when we weren’t out and about. We had 10 of us and it never felt crowded. We loved the screened-in porch off the kitchen in the mornings for coffee chats and the fire table in the backyard for s’mores and nightcaps. We will definitely be back the next time we need a house for a big group in Rehoboth.

Kim was responsive to all our questions and her home is stylish and functional. The location was perfect for our youngest daughter who wanted to walk down the street to fish in the canal and our teen daughter was thrilled to take a short ride to the outlets and shop. It was the perfect Spring Break getaway.
We rented this house for a group of 8 adults and we were very pleased with the rental. The house clearly has been redone and was exactly as described. The Kitchen has everything you need, linens and towels were available, and laundry machines are accessible. The outdoor space was great! We were able to grill and sit on the screened in porch even in bad weather. All of the beds were super comfortable and felt new which was nice.
Parking passes for Rehoboth were included with the house which is also convenient if you want to go to the beach. It’s about 1 mile walk, so driving is likely easier.
Kim was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property for your vacation!
