Rosewood has 5 well-appointed bedrooms and sleeps 10 with 3.5 baths. There is a living room, indoor beach relaxation room, large kitchen, yoga deck, screened deck and a backyard with bistro lights and a grill. Walk to Canal Basin. Parking for 4 cars.

The beach house was wonderful.
We had 7 in our party and it worked out really great for us. It’s a nine-minute drive to the beach which is not bad at all. The house is super cute and very clean. A nice home away from home. Will do it again.
The house is well situated close to town and beaches.
It is in a quiet neighborhood that is great for biking and the screened in porch is great for evening relaxation and the outdoor deck for yoga. We had a great time!
Clean and Comfy
You can expect a lovely home that you, family/or friends will enjoy. I absolutely loved Kim’s responsiveness and chill demeanor. I felt that she was there as much or as little as I needed. Her home was clean and comfy.
Exceeded all expectations
Kim’s beach house exceeded all expectations. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and the perfect layout for our annual extended family beach vacation. All the decorations and personal touches made you feel like you were staying at a home and not a rental. There were lots of spaces within the house to hang out, either as a group or to get a little quiet time. The parking passes were great for going down to the boardwalk. We spent most of our days at Tower beach which was a short and direct drive from the house. I would absolutely book again and hope to in the future!

We enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at Kim’s beach house in Rehoboth Beach. It was our first time in the area and for our family of eight, this well appointed and delightfully decorated house was a spacious retreat from our adventures in the surrounds. Much of our enjoyment of the week owed to the comfort and enjoyment we found in the house. We enjoyed the neighborhood too with lots of morning and evening walks taking in the sights and sounds of the area.

Kim’s place is perfect for a stay in Rehoboth Beach.
The location was great. It’s literally a 5 minute drive to the beach. She was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. Kim’s house is very clean and comfortable and has everything you could need. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here. I am looking forward to staying here again one day. Thank you!

The house is very spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Kim was always very helpful and even offered a late checkout. The house is in a great location, to explore the area. Impressed! More amazing than it looks! everything is new and upgraded, warm and cozy. Very clean. Kim was great at communicating and made it very easy! It was my first beach house rental experience and this house set the bar very high! I hope to stay with family again next year! Thank you for exceeding our expectations!
Kim’s house is the perfect beach house!
So close to Rehoboth but on a quiet street. The house was so clean and comfortably slept 9 adults! The kitchen was perfect for meals and the backyard was amazing for nights around the fire! Stay here with your friends and family!! It’s a wonderful wonderful place!

This home was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette weekend.
There were 10 of us total, and the house was so spacious and easily accommodated all of us. The house was sparkling clean, and the decor was beautiful. Kim was extremely responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for girls trips! It was perfect!
Great place to stay
Rosewood Beach house is a great place to stay. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean! It is just a short drive to the beach and outlets. So much to do in the area. We highly recommend.

Kim was super responsive to any and all questions I had leading up to our stay. Once at the house, she was so thoughtful to check in and see if we needed anything, which we didn’t because the house has everything! The house was perfect for our girls weekend. Super clean and has lots of common spaces, it was the perfect place to hang out when we weren’t out and about. We had 10 of us and it never felt crowded. We loved the screened-in porch off the kitchen in the mornings for coffee chats and the fire table in the backyard for s’mores and nightcaps. We will definitely be back the next time we need a house for a big group in Rehoboth.

We came for a family wedding in early June. This house was spotless, comfortable and very spacious. Loved the screened in back porch and yard. Location is close to stores, beaches and downtown Rehoboth. Would highly recommend staying here.
